20:00 – Drumming Journey with Ben & Ed: Ignite your rhythm and connect through the music.

Saturday, April 25th

09:00 – Yoga with Lexi: Awaken your body and mind.
10:30 – Brunch
12:00 – Walking the Medicine Wheel with Ben & Ed: A mindful walk connecting to nature and self.
14:00 – Soma Breath & Ice Bath with Pavla: Experience breath and cold therapy to refresh and rejuvenate. (Ice bath optional)
16:00 – Free Time: Unwind, explore and relax.
17:00 – Dinner
19:30 – Freedom Technique Somatic Release with Max: Let go of emotional blocks through somatic practices.
21:30 – Sharing Circle with Ben: Reflect, connect and share.
22:00 – Sound Bath with Ed: End the day immersed in soothing sounds.

09:00 – Yoga with Lexi: Gentle morning flow.
10:30 – Brunch
12:00 – Planting Your Intention with Ben: A grounding ritual using soil, seeds and intention.
12:30 – Cacao Ceremony with Ben & Ed: Embodying Balance through cacao, singing, movement & meditation
14:30 – Closing Circle: Reflect, celebrate and integrate the weekend.
